Project Coordination

At Niconex, Regulatory meets Coordination with years of expertise in both and along with continuous evolution, research projects are coordinated and monitored in full compliance with most current EU regulations, updated guidance documents, Annotated Grant Agreement and others. Assigning a dedicated project manager is crucial to facilitate monthly meetings, physical Consortium Meetings, maintain work packages, tasks, milestones and deliverables according to timelines, identify potential issues or other needful changes to liaise timely with EC and proceed accordingly with necessary actions, amendments or change requests to support overall towards successful reporting and project completion. 

Structured monitoring of project financials to support project consortia with proper management of funding, accurate reporting of effort and cost items included in approved budget. Workplans prepared at project initiation to support partners with in advance planning. Monitoring outcomes presented along with any potential deviations at each reporting period for transparency and clarity purposes towards EC review and approval. 

Any changes to budget lines are proactively identified and liaised with partners and EC officials for proper handling. In parallel  with project management activities, proper risk analysis and mitigation strategies are defined and continuously monitored to ensure successful completion.  

Project material are prepared and continuously updated along with EU and/or specific project requirements. Templates for deliverables, presentations and progress reports are prepared and provided at project initiation. Agendas for meetings, minutes, attendance lists and other needful material are prepared to support the Consortium and ensure the project remains in line with planned action points and importantly with full readiness for review or potential audits. Scientific and technical data, deliverables and other material or documentation developed by the Consortium as part of the project are all archived with appropriate retention policies in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
