Dissemination & Communication

As D&C partner we can collaborate with the project Consortium to deliver quality material that accurately reflect the non-confidential scientific progress of the project. Niconex can handle the design, development and update of project website and all scientific communication material e.g. leaflets, posters, brochures, banners, business cards, online presentations, infographics, videos. We can set-up project social pages where project news can be posted. Furthermore, we can support with newsletters and press releases to communicate project achievements. As scientists supporting scientists, we are also pleased to collaborate on scientific paper writing and publication of project results. 

Niconex can develop the project D&C plan with a set of outreach activities, communication strategies, measurable KPIs to keep monitoring the progress in line with targets. We can suggest additional events such as exhibitions and conferences relevant to the project objectives where developments can be presented. We can be involved in clustering activities with other aligned projects. In addition, we can prepare where applicable the Data Management Plan and Exploitation Plan of the project in line with all partners and according to the agreed ownerships. Further preparation of project templates and records of all activities can be provided.

D&C items can be delivered also on an ad hoc basis where we can externally collaborate to provide specific material that might be needed to communicate scientific progress for either shorter projects that do not require an extensive engagement or for any projects without in-house availability for a particular item that would be needed. Such ad hoc requests can be delivered also outside a research project, to any team that may wish to collaborate for certain scientific explainer material either for events or other promotional or otherwise communication activities. In such cases, a quote for the specific support needed can be shared upon request.
